Kindness Ambassadors
Our Kindness Ambassadors are elected by their classmates following a short speech, where children explain why they would make a positive ambassador for kindness across the school. Through a democratic vote, each class selects a representative who demonstrates our school values and is committed to making a difference.
Kindness Ambassadors look out for acts of kindness, compassion and consideration shown by their peers and celebrate these by awarding kindness certificates and recognising positive behaviour. They encourage everyone to care for one another, include others and help make Kirkham and Wesham Primary School a welcoming and supportive place for all.
Through this important leadership role, children develop confidence, responsibility and empathy while promoting our school values of Kindness, Resilience, Equity, Honesty, Responsibility and Pride every day.
