Sporting Success!

This Tuesday athletes from our Year 3 and 4 classes took on other schools in the local area at Carr Hill Sports Dome.

They competed in running, jumping and throwing events against the other schools. Mrs Eccles and Mr Monkton were so impressed with how the children represented our school and how hard they tried and the sportsmanship they showed.

I am delighted to say that the team finished in bronze medal position. This cements our position locally as the school be where athletics is concerned. We are all super proud of their achievements.
